“The Bike Shop Hub had the best price on the Burley trailer I was looking for, but way over and above price was their service level. My trailer shipped the same day I ordered it. They shipped FedX Residential delivery, so the shipping was fast and right to my property gate. I would highly recommend The Bike Shop Hub to my friends and anyone who is in the market for bike related items”

“I was so excited when I found what we were looking for on BikeShopHub.com. Communication was quick and friendly. We received our item fast, exactly when they said it would arrive, and in perfect condition. We love our item so much, use it almost daily. For anyone reading this review, the item was in fact delivered to the customer according to the shipping tracking. Upon seeing this review, we reached out to them to attempt to help figured out what went wrong and help resolve the issue. We haven't yet heard anything back from the customer, but will be happy to help if and when we hear from them.

“I spent a lot of time trying to find the right bike ‘trunk’ for a Christmas present for my wife. I should have gone to Bike Shop Hub first. They had what I needed at a price that was fair. Shipping was prompt”

“My first time shopping experience was fine. I ordered front and rear panniers. The front panniers were back ordered, but the turn around time to fill the back order was reasonable, 7 to 10 business days. I was pleased with the phone and email contacts re: updates on the back order. I'll shop again.”

“Postage from the US to Australia is usually expensive but the BikeShopHub team were able to ship spare B.O.B trailer parts at a reasonable cost. It was also good to be able to get the full set of parts (two B.O.B skewers, replacement reflector and spare retention clips) from the one place at reasonable prices.”

“The number one thing that made me happy about BikeShopHub.com was the availability of adventure cycling gear. As I began to get my feet wet in the bikepacking world, it's not always easy to find bike shops that cater to the needs of adventure cyclists. The lbs around me have some bags in stock, but almost all of them are for local commuting. It was refreshing to find one place that has a variety of bikepacking accessories from several manufacturers. On top of this, prices were quite reasonable, shipping was prompt, and communication was amazing! Thanks guys! My new Ortlieb frame pack has been amazing so far. I can't wait to get it out on an extended Oregon adventure this summer.”

“It's not always easy finding good bikepacking equipment in-stores in Malaysia, and I was worried the shipping would be prohibitively expensive or take too long. Fortunately that is not the case with bikeshophub. I received my stem bag and salsa cage way earlier than I expected and at a great price. Definitely will shop here again! Thanks guys!”
