“Yes product was as described. The only thing I could advise customers is to pick at checkout the express shipping. Do not pick the 8.00 option. It takes a lot longer. It’s the postal service snell mail.”

“Small businesses always come through. I had a question. It was answered well. I ordered. The product came quickly and accurately. That's what we should be able to expect this many thousands of years into customer service, but we can't, so it is nice when it happens. Recommended!”

“After scouring the web for an item, it was BikeShopHub.com that not only had it in stock, but had the lowest price to boot! The online ordering was painless and well laid out. The item arrived in an acceptable amount of time and communication was great. Fortunately, I had no reason to test their customer service skills other than placing an order as everything arrived as described and in perfect shape.
