BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Canvas mounted bad. Bonnie from customer service would not do good by it.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a canvas and the photo was enlarged terribly. And I was really thinking it would be nice, bring that it was a picture of me and my deceased mother’s hand. I asked for a replacement and they wanted me to pay for it again. I explained to them how important this picture was to me :( And they did not care…I will not order from them again. There are other companies with much better customer service.

The first time I used them my order was fast and beautiful. This time around I had two separate orders. One was supposed to be free canvas but paying for S&H. Right after I authorized the purchase- keep in mind showing me I would be charged $23- I received a text saying my card was charged for $47!! I e-mailed them right away and told me a different promotion had been applied to the canvas. I didn't take screenshots for proof and they didn't offer to adjust the price so I canceled the order. I received TWO confirmation of cancellation e-mails. ONE week later I get an e-mail saying the order that I had canceled had shipped. Then when I e-mail them to tell them I had canceled it and I better not see a charge. They responded to the OLD e-mail saying "disregard our previous e-mail, the promotion has been adjusted". This is super sketchy and they are just trying to get more money out of me. I do not want this canvas I canceled it for a freaking reason. Waiting on a response for them to give me my full refund.

Hidden fees, terrible customer service, and not a great product for the money. Use a different company!!

I was Not Aware there, was a Fee to Enter this Gerber Baby Contest until my credit card statement showed $39.99. Since I have No Recourse, can anyone tell me how, this organization use the monies.

Lousy customer service. Shuck and jive is what I received from these dolts with respect to a sub par order. The experience was so infuriating, that I’ll never order another thing from this company.

I was not pleased at all. I asked for a refund. The picture was not usable, it was a gift. I was told to resubmit a picture and I would be given credit, etc. I just wanted a total refund. I will not use Canvas People again.

DO NOT BUY A CANVAS FROM THIS COMPANY!! Received my canvas and the quality was terrible, too glossy, picture was not crisp and too pixelated and had a flaw of a white spec on my moms picture. I contacted customer service and they were of no help. Didn’t care, blamed it on quality of photograph, and made excuses. Worst customer service I have ever received. I only used this company because of a promotion for a free canvas. They over charge for shipping and so basically you pay for the canvas. I have purchased seven other canvases from another company with zero issues.

We just recieved 2 pics and they where just aweful .wrote to customer service and nothing. Please have someone contact us and make this right. I spent over 60 dollars for 2 very small photos.

They don't price match their own offers even if the order was placed within 5 days. Seems like shady business, if you want repeat customers than you should treat them proper. It's a shame because the product is nice but their ethical standards are lacking.
