“Received the little picture books. They were basically pictures adhered to look like a photo book. Very disappointing. They were inexpensive and I could have upgraded but still. I could have had a bunch of pics just printed”

“I received the order in time, however I was not pleased with the quality. The corners were poorly done and there is a small part of the back canvas that shows on the front bottom right of the picture. This was for a funeral service so there wasn't time to make any changes.”

“slow, poor quality and difficult to communicate with. The pic shows the poor quality cut of the vinyl adhesive to the acrylic backing - ripped and not cut. As this was one of 5 pieces - they are all like this and always on the bottom. The poor cut isn't the root problem leading to this review which is poor communication leading to them printing the wrong files despite assurances they wouldn't. Now I am out of pocket by a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it.”

“I ordered an outdoor door mat. What was sent wouldn't last a week outdoors. It is a soft spongy piece of trash that will absorb water and dirt at an equal pace (which isn't good since it is bright while). I expected a coir or rubber-backed outdoor mat. These went straight into the trash. Attempted to upload photos to show the poor quality, but kept getting "we could not upload / try again later" error”

“My pillow came in a TUBBERWARE container with plastic wrap holding it together 🤦🏻‍♀️ 10/10 for creativity on the shipping. Print was nice, lil off center but works.”

“I’ve ordered a canvas twice now. Both arrived quickly and were very well wrapped/protected. Canvases are a good quality with stiff backing and a narrow profile which I prefer. Highly recommend.”
