“Thought the carbon hook was aluminium. Unfortunately was not, very heavy and decided to remove it and buy a factor 55 hook instead”

“Firstly, it is an absolutely awesome product. It looks great and works perfectly. All the accessories are well thought out. Secondly, the service is exceptional. Greg and Dave are the best auto technicians that I have ever met. Immensely knowledgeable in all aspects of 4WD and recovery. I will be heading back there for suspension, exhaust and other recovery parts. Do yourself a favour and make sure you include Carbon when you start shopping for winches and recovery gear.”

Hi Arthur, . I'm sorry to hear your hook pin wasn't up to scratch. We sell a lot of these and rarely have any issues so I can only guess that you've unfortunately received a faulty pin. Further to your phone conversation with Greg, I have just checked a new pin and circlip and found it to hold well, as it should, so i have packed it and it will leave Australia Post this afternoon to you Best Regards Dave

“Purchased a replacement remote control. Pros: Service, price and speed of delivery all excellent. Cons: Original had a wiring block to plug into. The one that was supplied had different wiring pins. had to cut and solder old block onto replacement before installation. Installation proved difficult as the case is not designed to be assembled from the outside and there does not seem to be a fixed point for the reciever, just seems to be jamed in there and wires get squashed. Would be a lot easier if the cover could be accessed without having to remove from the bullbar and everything inside had a nice neat place to go with a little room to move. Just my thoughts, regards Andrew”
