“Website was easy enough to use and hook turned up in a reasonable time frame”

“The dimensions of the winch I purchased are not exactly true due to the breather on the motor end of the winch. This proved troublesome when installing and I had to do some modifications to bar and vehicle to get it to fit.”

“Thought the carbon hook was aluminium. Unfortunately was not, very heavy and decided to remove it and buy a factor 55 hook instead”

Hi Arthur, . I'm sorry to hear your hook pin wasn't up to scratch. We sell a lot of these and rarely have any issues so I can only guess that you've unfortunately received a faulty pin. Further to your phone conversation with Greg, I have just checked a new pin and circlip and found it to hold well, as it should, so i have packed it and it will leave Australia Post this afternoon to you Best Regards Dave

“I am quite disappointed that I have been waiting a couple of months now for a delivery. When the order was placed a delivery date was given, this date has well and truly passed now. The products are not cheap and are at a premium price, so should the customer service be. I have purchased a couple of thousand dollars worth of gear from them. May have to start looking elsewhere.”

“Been through two solenoids in three months. The winch itself seems of good quality but you need to use quality solenoids, not cheap Chinese junk. Carbon have been very helpful sending out solenoids and I appreciate that, however i spent the extra money on this winch so I can have some confidence in it. I no longer have that after having to change out solenoids in quick succession.”

“Winch excellent with good pull and duty cycle but the wires are not restrained in the remote and “Fell” off the screw contacts inside - all three. No cable restraint. Plus the Dyeema cable does not wrap well and easily over wraps and binds as all probably do and after 4 pulls has noticeable damage along its length.”
