“Mansfield store!!! Very happy with the service I received from the sales man to the young man who fitted our carpets! He was very polite and friendly, explained everything. Will be back soon to finish my house.”

“we ordered flooring for our lounge from the romford branch..fitters rang day before to acknowledge time of arrival. brad and arron were on time ..proffessional courtious polite and the quality of work outstanding ..they helped move minor items ie dog cage etc..extremely likaable fellows ..credit to your company and cannot emphasise how excellent their service was”

“Karen, Jennifer and Debbie were very efficient and professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process from ordering the carpets to fitting dates. Can't fault Carpetright in any way Arthur and the boys did a great job when it came to the fitting”

“Very happy with the carpet fitter. His name was Lee Jacob. Such a lovely pleasant guy. I felt so relaxed with him and most of all he did a fantastic job fitting my stripy carpet on my stairs. So happy! He is a top bloke. Thankyou”

“Really great experience.I rang to check they were open and it was explained that I could order samples or I could go to the shop and they would bring some out.I did that.Molly was very patient we looked at samples and came to a decision.She then arranged for someone to come and check the measurements and worked out a very good deal.She was so helpful.I would certainly recommend carpet right”

“Amazing customer service received at Carpetright Basildon. I was reviewing another company and wondered what Carpetright's reviews were like (as I purchased from them recently) and I was shocked when I saw the low score.... I've never had a bad experience at the store in Basildon even when things went astray the staff went above and beyond to help me get the situation resolved. My most recent experience I dealt with the store manager I cant remember her name and a lovely young chap named Paul both made the experience pleasant and so easy... 100% would recommend them to anyone”

“I had a hall stairway carpet fitted and the service was excellent from the ordering to the fitting. It was from the Meadowhall branch at Sheffield The two gentleman fitting the stairway were so professional but extremely friendly and even took their time. The lady I ordered with kept me so well informed with the process and I would have no hesitation using them again. The carpet looks beautiful and the end result is amazing. Thankyou carpet right”

“My review is a review of the purchasing process for the carpet. Dubin and Murat from the Clapham High Street Branch of Carpetright have been first class in their advice and in providing a fair quote - with good, professional explanation of the quote components and good, fair minded negotiation. Together, we worked closely to analyse just the right carpet to purchase in terms of quality, colour and value. I have every confidence that the actual taking up of my existing carpet and the putting in of the new one will be done to the highest professional standard and - once this work is done, I look forward to commenting on the timing, quality, efficiency and due diligence.
