“Ive had carpet right before in my old house we have now moved and went to Chorley carpet right who we was greeted by Terry a lovely guy who sorted everything for us friendly and helpful good customer service.”

“Seen some poor reviews on here however some people wouldn’t be happy with heaven carpet right have never let me down and they have fitted all my carpets for over 10 years and I would have nobody else keep up the good work I would recommend them to anyone Thank you”

“I had a very pleasant experience with Carpetright from the beginning with the adviser who took his time with me in helping me choose the right carpet. The estimating service was prompt and professional, and can only say That the fitting was excellent. Will definitely use Carpetright for the rest of my house”

“I have just had a carpet fitted from Carpetright in Nottingham.when the fitters arrived i quizzed them about the standards that have as i have seen other horror reviews on here about the fitting.they informed me that all fitters are qualified to the 'Fita' standard and have to pass all exams before being allowed to fit and they are spot checked and retested every year.the fitting i had was perfect and they hoovered up afterwards.i can only assume that alot of these 'reviews' are simply false and being put on by rival firms.i would reccommend Carpetright to anyone.👍👍👍👍👍”

“Over the last week-end had the pleasure to visit the carpetright store in Yeovil. After trying a couple other suppliers I found the person at this store very, very helpful, and would like to mention his name as Ian. He gave me excellent advice on all my requirements for carpets without any rush, and as a customer we always want his kind of service, with a good price as well as quality. Which he did. I was very pleased to place an order for two bedrooms, and looking forward now to continue carpetright first class service up to now, with the fitting arranged to lay the carpets to both our arrangement. Thank you Ian for your help.”

“People are leaving awful reviews but I have had a really good experience with Carpetright. Their customer service is amazing compared to other stores and they seem like they really care about you as a customer. My oak flooring is amazing and I’m really happy. I will definitely shop with them again soon”

“Carpetright Yeovil were nothing but helpful. The chap who did the measuring gave us tips on how to prep the floor to get a better result from our new vinyl. The store accommodated two request to move the fitting date with no problem. The fitters were pleasant, efficient and quick. The website booking and sample service is also great.”

“We recently had our lounge fitted with wooden flooring , this was purchased from the Cambridge store. Chas arrived on time and was very knowledgeable , and such a friendly guy to have around. He took great proud in his work and the flooring was fitted to perfection , it was obvious he really wanted us to be happy with his work and we certainly were .”

“Purchased carpet in the TALLAGHT store. The young lady Nicola was a delight to deal with. We went in to look at bedroom carpet and ended up buying Floor covering for the whole house and not only for bedroom and stairs landing she actually stayed late too we were much obliged as I had just finished work late. This girl explained everything in detail that both my wife and I could understand. She’s actually quiet humorous and funny girl we felt very at ease with her. You have a diamond there Carpetright TALLAGHT look forward to seeing the finished results.”

“I was served by Michelle the store manager. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We did come in to just her lounge done and stairs. But because He was such a good sales person she talked my husband into letting me have my own way and get the bedrooms done also.”
