“I was really pleased the way Bilal and Balvinder served me they were really knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They also help me choose my laminate and carpet also Bilal looked after me from start and finish. He normally works in Charlton and sometimes Catford.”

“I recently ordered a carpet from my local Carpetright store in Loughborough, I was very pleased with the service , regular e mails keeping me up to date with the order , contact from the fitter letting me Know exactly what time to expect him on the fitting date, was fitted well and left nice and tidy, would definitely shop there again 👍”

“Carpetright made us very happy by the swift action that was taken by them to get our bed delivered,the delivery chaps were very good as well as friendly. This was our very first time to buy anything from Carpetright, we had a look around all the other bed shops but very quickly came back to Carpetright as the bed that took our eye was the right bed as soon as we saw it,it looked nice and the price was also very good, so therefore I must say they are the best to get your bed from because I would not hesitate to shop there again!”

“I was a little nervous going with carpet right shrewsbury for my new laminated floor and rugs for my hallway and downstairs wc after reading some of the reviews. I had no need to be concerned .Customer service was second to none. The floor was fitted to an exceptionally high standard. I'm absolutely thrilled with it all and would highly recommend them without hesitation . They did everything they could to accommodate me .Thanks so much guys.”

“Carpetright and the fitters they use in their Bromborough store are 2nd to none. Paul, the store manager went above and beyond for us, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Circumstances beyond our control caused us to rearrange fitting on numerous occasions and he and his team just went out of their way to accommodate us. Special thanks to Robbie our fitter, he did an excellent job and I can’t thank him & his crew enough. Also, thank you to Pete from the Trafford store, who helped us out. Been using carpetright in Bromborough for years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Nigel - one of the managers at their Nuneaton office has been very helpful resolving an odd issue we have had due to the combination of underlay and carpet on our stairs. He is unfailingly helpful and polite and shows an all too rare dedication to customer service!”

“Carpet cut to small after 4 days no information from store needed carpet asap so had different shade carpet off the roll just to get it fitted before my furniture arrived they said it would be done Friday didn't happen now it's Saturday fitted came.first not enough underlay I supplied the missing bits lay carpet . Again cut to small phoned lowestoft store he thought it was funny I am still waiting for carpet 10 days from first fitting never never use carpetright they just don't care”

“left to look at carpets at our own pace but staff happy to advise when needed. they were professional and arranged an employee to come to my house to measure the same day free of charge and with out obligation. 1st class service all round”
