“Nice helpful staff”

“My Wife had decided that we needed to 'do' up our bungalow. So with one hand on my wallet and the oher forced up my back I went shopping. We tried several outlets before deciding upon Carpetright. I must add that the sale on offers of 50% did help my choice. However once we entered the Epsom Branch and met Arran Jenkinson the salesman we realised that it wasn't just about the offers on hand. Arran was knowledgeable and very helpful. And so we placed an order in April 2017. We finally required the fitting in December of this Year. Sure enough I got the phone call on the morning. The fitters would be with me in 30 minutes. And 30 minutes later there was a knock on the door. Big smiles all round from both the fitter and myself. Sure enough 10 minutes later his brother also knocked on the door together with their friend. Kaka was the 1st man to knock, them came his brother Amir and Amren. I hope I spelt them correctly. They were polite and quick. And have I any complaints? None at all. Would I recommend carpetright and the 3 fitters who turned up at my home? Without a doubt. And if you want even higher praise, even my wife was impressed and still is.”

“I bought a piece of vinyl flooring "Towy 501 Nemo" for the bathroom from Carpet Right Carmarthen and the young man was polite, helpful and cut the size perfectly, he then rolled it just right for the size of my car. The vinyl was easy to lay, to cut to fit and my bathroom is looking lovely for it. Thank you”

“Service was excellent from the start. We were quickly served in store (Redcar) and received good advice on selection of both the carpet and underlay. The actual 'survey' or our room came in just under the quoted price once the measurements were confirmed. The fitters later did an excellent job and provided advice on other issues which we questioned. Can't fault the service from start to finish.”

“Made a lovely job of fitting my bathroom vynl fitters where lovely took all the rubbish away. I was quoted a ridicules price to fit it by the measurer, but was only half of what. He quoted me so very happy.”

“A few years ago we said never again . So glad we did . Mathew at Leamington spa went out of his way to be helpful . He arranged for the purchase to be held until it was needed then pulled out all the stops for us to collect at short notice Thankyou Mathew . Also thanks to Banbury warehouse for preventing a last minute hitch.”

“Purchased carpet and underlay for hall, landing and stairs and the service was very good. Ray Monk was knowledgeable about his products, offered the appropriate advice and the price of the purchase was excellent. Fitter was very professional, made a very good installation and cleaned up after himself. We have used this store on three occasions in the past twelve months and always received very good service. Thank you to everyone.”

“I need to purchase vinyl flooring for kitchen, utility and dining room, they were very helpful in letting me browse without interrupting, the gentleman who measured was thorough, and the store helpful in offering to hold the price on offer with a deposit, the fitters were prompt and very helpful, and the quality of the fitting of an awkwardly shaped kitchen very very good, on returning to the store to pay the bill, the price was further discounted due to an additional offer price being in place. What can I say, I would definitely use this company again and again.”
