“I am perfectly happy with the plates, although why a short plate (2 digits and 2 letters) should be way more expensive than a standard big plate, I have no idea. In addition, shipping was supposed to be Royal Mail First Class - then I received this: Delivery Service: Royal Mail First Class Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days Your package is being sent through Royal Mail Standard Parcel. This is a NON tracked service, Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days by this service. This is rubbish and demonstrates lack of attention to detail. Which is it? Standard Parcel or First Class? And then you charged me £4.99 for 4 self-tapping screws and plastic covers and a strip of sticky pads.”

“Worst Company ever, stay away. They don’t respond to emails, answer phone calls. I cancelled my order and when I requested a refund they Refuse and proceeded to dispatch the order.”

“Plates arrived on 6th day but as this was ordered on the friday 27th dec so not to bad considering weekend and bank holidays. I had a issue where I sent a mail asking for correction from ENG to UK, there was no reply so had no idea it had bee corrected till the plates arrived. So far the plates look great on the car and will hopfully last as long as we have the car.”

“The plates are lovely and quick delivery however, there were lines in the plastic peel off coating which was obviously made my the machine but one of the lines was deep and gone into the plastic of the plate so right through the middle on one plate there is a score line.”

“Number plate perfect again thankyou! Delivery service shocking, first plate took 10 days to come evri said they had attempted delivery 4 times checked cctv they had not even been second order was exactly the same and paid for express delivery!”

“I cannot legally use it on my scooter cause the the plate must include the name and postcode of the supplier on the number plate by law. I tried to contact them and sort it out but never got any reply from them.”

“Placed order on 1st December. Received nothing, been onto website put my email in and order number get given a tracking number non-existent, doesn’t work when going to the tracking link. Phoned numerous occasions no one answers. Emailed to ask when I can expect my order no response. No doubt the usual reply will be we’re experiencing higher demand than normal blah blah blah. All they succeeded in doing is taking my money and nothing in return. Service what service. Had zero notifications and yet your website states I will receive notifications and yes I checked my junk mail to nothing received. Not impressed by the service you offer. So hopefully this negative review will get the desired response because all other avenues to contact you have failed. I am still a waiting my delivery over 10 days from order.”
