“Ordered online but did not recieve any email or text whatsoever regarding order conformation, dispatch or tracking info. Tried emailing and also asked for vat reciept; - no reply. after a few more days tried to contact again by email through paypal as was prearing to action refund via paypal; - plates turned up next day. Fortunately plates were good but still no reciept or response to either email. COMMUNCATION IS KING. Would not use again, not because the plates were more expensive than some other sites, but because of the total lack of communication and reciept. Don't know if the delivery was on time or not?”

“Plates arrived very quickly and were easily fitted to vehicle even by a guy whose tool box contains top of the range shiny tools that have never seen a hard days work in their lives! Overall very happy with price, service and delivery.”

“Number plates were excellent but even after paying for Express Delivery it took 4 days to have the plates delivered - Disappointing to say the least and especially when it is impossible to contact Car Plates Direct to complain!! The delivery company "Evri" continue with poor delivery performance and lack of credable delivery information - Avoid using them!!!”
