“Quick service, decent price and good product but would it really kill you to send 4 black caps with the fixing kit rather than 2? The fixing points on my Ford Puma all land within the black! Emailed them about this but no reply.”

“Paid for the express delivery sent the email with the requested info on and still waiting over a week later without any plates. Starting to think it's a scam!!! Should have just paid couple more pounds to go elsewhere. Don't recommend using these to anyone!”

“Plates arrived damaged, no contact number. Sent an email 3 times with no response. Plus they don’t even ask for proof of ownership off plates, thought it was a legal requirement.”

“Carplatesdirect have not supplied me with the plates I ordered , I have been told they have been delivered but they have not . I do not even have an invoice , they did not send me one . But ! they have sent me an email to ask for a review!!!! What a rubbish service , no plates , no invoice and £64 OUT OF POCKET .”

“The service is very good and the products are excellent. I was actually a returned-customer after using them a couple of years ago. I kept the initial details (email and invoice) and used that the second time successfully. Although, I noted that there was no login options on their website to be able to review past order. But it not often that people needs to re-order. Also, keeping personal details beyond the acceptable time is a breach of data protection anyway and would need extra resources to manage the process.”
