“All mainly good but the process of picking the car up is too painful. There seems to be too much paperwork being done by the staff on the desks - surely this could all be sorted before. You have all the details from the booking form - why is it not just a case of proving your identity and picking up a set of keys with full instructions on how to find the car. It should take no more than a minute but I waited 30 minutes in a queue of about 6 people with 3 desks being manned. This process is begging for improvement which would keep customers happier and save a load of labour”

“It was an easy to use site - the only problem was I'd put up pickup at 1300/1330 and the confirmation has come back as 1000 - we don't land until 1215.”

“some companies could be much clearer at the beginning of the booking process as to what is included and what is not included in the total price , particularly with regards to winter tyres.”

“Great website and easy to use. Unfortunately, had to cancel booking as my new credit card pin hadn't arrived before travel. Cancelling the booking was straightforward. Will definitely use again. Just one request - at start of booking process, state clearly that only credit card payment accepted at the rental location. Might save some hassle of having to rely on public transport on holiday.”

“Simple, easy process. Excess insurance is a bugbear, why so expensive? My annual policy costs £5 less than the quote offered here.”

“computer down when we arrived so took a little longer to get car than would have liked after a long journey, then issued us a car that had already had been issued to person in front of us. but staff very good, and all sorted.”
