“This is like my 3rd or 4th order. Sadly it will be my last. I made a mistake on my order and accidentally ordered 2 sweaters. I immediately emailed Carroll's and the difference in times between the email telling me my order shipped and the email telling me they couldn't change the order was 3 seconds. So I wound up with two of the same sweater. I could send it back, but I'll keep it to remind me not to order from Carroll's again.”
