“I bought a few things in your store while traveling in Ireland. We were especially happy with the colorful scarves. Then we ordered a few more items and unfortunately, the shipment was lost. Your employees didn't make problems, they let me choose wheater I want a new shipment or not and then sent it right away. Thank you for your kindness, reaction, and quick responses. You are great!”
