“Reserved an Audi Q3 (took a month to prepare but was not the branches) After the long wait, I was coming to a point of hating Car Shop and after viewing the recent reviews I had my doubts .... but Radu saved the day! I received a call confirming the vehicle had arrived the Northampton branch. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm welcoming Senior Sales consultant named Radu. He was very polite and helpful during the whole customer journey experience. Explained the process of what to expect and the next processes i.e. test drive, negotiation (as I was trading in my vehicle), etc. He took care of me and gave me the reassurance I was in safe hands. I also had meet the branch manager Alex who was also welcoming and sympathised for my long wait of vehicle delivery. THANK YOU VERY MUCH NORTHAMPTON BRANCH! I definitely recommend to buy from Car Shop (especially from Radu!) Word of advice - it's not the branches fault if the vehicle is delayed, this is down to the communication between contact centres & branches. Granted, communication is something which is lacking but for service wise they've got this in the bag!”
