“We felt with a lovely guy called Richard today and he was brilliant. We went in to find a car for my mum. It was busy but we were treated so well and ended up getting the car! Couldn’t praise him enough”

“I have recently purchased my car from CarShop, Northampton, their service in their premises (Showroom, Service Centre) was really very good. Stuffs are knowledgeable and friendly, they help so quickly to arrange the car to show me and made everything on right time and in right order and finally I got the car deliver to me within a day. It was a nice experience with CarShop, Northampton. I am happy and would like to recommend CarShop to my friends and others. Service centre stuffs are very nice to their customer and capable to handle query or response without delay a long. I went there without prior appointment but still they respond very quickly which is really remarkable.”

“I prep'ed my visit by reading reviews & having a couple of 'phone conversations with a member of staff before visiting, so my expectations were set. Even though we arrived an hour before our appointment time, we were greeted well and didn't have to wait. My wife and I looked at 2 cars, which I 'went over with a fine tooth comb' before taking both for test drives, (and not just round the block). The salesman, Albert, couldn't have been more helpful; he was attentive, but not pushy, and had good product knowledge. Yes, he did try & sell me all sorts of extras, such as Gardex, GAP insurance, 'drive away' insurance, etc. etc. but once I made it plain I wasn't interested in racking up the bill, he got the idea and stopped trying. Having decided to buy one, I spent nearly 30 mins. on the 'phone to my insurance company, sorting out my insurance. Then we had to wait for a Finance Manager to become available: Albert wasn't allowed to seal the deal. (This was despite the fact that I wasn't part exchanging anything and didn't want finance). The Finance Manager, Martin Denmark, was very personable but also went through offering 'extras', even though I'd set out my position. He was too was very helpful, in that he did a lot of the DVLA stuff for me, which was strictly my responsibility. Overall we were happy with the way we were treated; both Albert & Martin provided some good old fashioned service, which was a nice surprise. But be warned: our visit took over 4 hours, (some of which was my own doing), and be prepared to have all sorts of additional considerations presented to you. Would I buy from Norwich CarShop again? Absolutely. But allow LOTS of time.”

“Thanks to Richard and team at Warrington for their honesty and professionalism in completing my recent car purchase. I bought a Mini Cooper 7 online without viewing it as I live 150 miles away.I have several years of experience in a car paint shop and would never normally buy this way. I viewed a detailed video and paid for car. When the car was delivered it was as described and I was more than satisfied. The whole experience was different and not without worry, out of my comfort zone, but all went really well. Thanks again”

“Purchased a lovely mini from Carshop Bristol and we are happy. However, upon returning home we noticed that the floor mats and boot floor shelf was missing. It clearly stated in the advert these were there. Trying to get hold of them is now like trying to get blood out of a stone. 45 phone calls and several emails in the past two weeks and have got nowhere. Shocking service and is going against trading standards, who now we are contacting.”

“I noticed that carshop Warrington has recently sold my wifes old BMW 116d, YB65FBO. This car was sold with multiple failts to we buy any car, priced accordingly. The car runs on 60% power due to a faulty inlet manifold which BMW quoted £1200 to repair. This is on top of a noisy whirring noise that was never found and resolved. The front brake discs are also warped and judder when braki g at over 60mph. Hoping that these issues were resolved before sale but highly doubt it so I’m hoping the new owner sees this and does some checks.”

“Northampton car shop. Professionally organised. Everyone smart and in uniforms. The guy who showed us the car and gave us the test drive was great. Couldn't fault him. However, the paperwork was not easy to understand, and I had to point out a few errors.”
