“I appreciated that they are able to supply a rather obsucre product. And, sadly, I see that the price has gone up - by about 25%. What gets me is that they charge an awful lot for shipping. And they also add in an additional Safe Arrival insurance, which I think duplicates one already in the shipping charge. What I'd like to see is greater transperancy in their shipping charges. Shipping should never be a profit center,”

“Even though there were some snags in the ordering process at first, caskcartel did what was needed to remedy the situation and fixed it. They accommodated the order and the sent gift had it’s desired impact.”

“It's my go-to spot for getting Buffalo Trace, which is next to impossible to get in stores. My only complaint - and I'm not sure if it's with CaskCartel or with FedEx delivery - no adult signature was required for the delivery. So in theory, anyone with an address and a credit card can get a shipment.”

“Looking for some bottles difficult to find anywhere else Cask Cartel name came up and had what I was looking for. Order was placed, paid in full.Only then that I read some reviews and was very surprised on what was written. Very bad reviews. With confidence and patience my items arrived and last one was delivered today. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I ranked them a 4 just because I was not aware that my order was going to be splitted.”
