“Order was delivered in a timely fashion. Nobody signed for the package as required. Was just left out in the open on my doorstep.Box was damaged but product inside was well packaged, no damage.”

“Fast delivery. Receive the product exactly as described. The only problem I have is that the prices are the highest on any site that I've ever been on. And it's because of that I wouldn't normally go on Cass cartel. I just wasn't paying attention.”

“I love Cask Cartel for their ability to provide unique spirits that I have been unable to find locally or want to share as a gift. The only drawback is the shipping time and communication around shipping. While I understand some of the products are more difficult to source, I should receive updates or notifications when shipped, but I don't always receive them.”

“The experience of ordering and the quality of the shipping containers is very good. The only issue I have is that my order of 5 bottles was split into 3 different shipments and the tracking provided is not accurate so it's been a real pain to try to be home and receive the "signature required " package.”

“Order came in as expected. Glass packaged very well. However the outer box for the Dallas Cowboys Crown Royal was not in the best condition. It was wrapped separately and had creases and wrinkles in it like it was a used box. This is a gift and that was part of the enticement in buying this. Other than that shipping was fast and wrapped well. Still giving as a gift but a little disappointed in condition of box.”
