“1 Star – Untrustworthy Company, Horrible Experience Absolutely do not order from Cask Cartel. I placed an order and heard nothing for weeks. After over four weeks, I was suddenly told that UPS had attempted delivery—yet there was no slip, no notice, and no evidence. The package was supposedly returned to sender, and they then tried to charge me a 35% restocking fee for an item I never received. Throughout this ordeal, I reached out to Cask Cartel multiple times via email and got little to no updates or helpful responses. It felt like they were dodging responsibility from the start. I’ve now had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. This company is completely unreliable and lacks even basic customer service. Stay far away.”

“I placed an order and after two weeks it has not arrived. I called their customer service and was told it would take thirty days to cancel the order and they would charge me a restocking fee. I noted that the order had not been filled so the restocking fee should not be applied. They refused. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are a third party vendor who rely on others to fill their orders. Their vendors are not reliable”

“A complete scam I ordered in early December as a Christmas gift - after a long wait I reached out to customer service then received a genetic reply that was no help, waited another 2 weeks tried again, same thing so I wrote and told them to cancel No response. The order was delivered to my nephew on 1/10 6 weeks later and without the gift card announcement. This company is a WASTE OF TIME and you should stay away!”

“ordered 2 bottles of "Cutwater Spirits Three Sheets 5 Year Old Cask Strength" recieved 2 incorrect bottles of lower quality the " three sheets cutawater rum barrel aged" and "Cutwater Bali Hai barrel aged rum". I will not do business with this company again.”

“Well…. I ordered on July 6th. Today is July 19th and have not received my order. Got an email saying it had shipped but when I keep checking the tracking info, am told FedEx has not received it yet. ????? Not too impressed.”
