Ridiculous pricing for Joia seltzer. I thought it was going to be for 4 of their packages but it was only one 4 pack. Ridiculous ..75 dollars for a 4pack which is on a store for 15 dollars.. it was not clear at all…. Will never buy from them again.

Looked like I was buying a case of wine (and prices as such for this particular vintage) only to have it represented differently once I confirmed the order. Tried to cancel with repeated no responses and phones saying it wasn’t working during mid workday hours. Do not fall for this site.

I placed my order March 12 for a product you claimed you had. You informed me shipment could take 1-3 weeks. On March 29 ( almost three weeks later ) you informed me the product was no longer available and reminded me of your "no cancellation policy". Offered a substitute but didn't do anything about it till April 4. Now claiming 2 to 3 weeks delivery. You want a review? Ask me again if I actually receive what you said you would do.

I ordered a gift for friends birthday 3 weeks early. It never arrived and I received no communication until after I called twice- which was a waste of time- and emailed. It took multiple emails to resolve the problem and a substitute will be delivered 2 weeks after I contacted them. No rush shipment or other accommodation was made for the error and delays. I’ve ordered multiple times on this site but I won’t order again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I keep having issues with this website. I order a bottle that said was available on the site. After a couple weeks they told me they didn't have the bottle and I asked for a refund. Now I receive another email saying the product has shipped. So of course now I have to deal with the whole mess again. Not happy at all and will not order from them again.

Haven’t even received the product, yet asked to review my experience. Has taken a ridiculous length of time for the product to be shipped from when I ordered it. Won’t be using CaskCartel.com again.

Pretty good products, but for the expense you’d assume great service and deliveries. However, deliveries take forever, they are really difficult to contact and do not often reply to customer service emails, are inflexible with simple gift messages to be incorporated into packages, and the message option on their site is dysfunctional. And this all applies even when your orders are $500-$1000. Most ridiculous is that for orders of multiple products you are intending to be sent as a gift, they wont even ship them together so the gift can’t be received at all once. This has happened multiple times, and you’d think I’d learn my lesson to not shop with them... But my grace does have a limit, especially with multiple $500-$1000 orders, so I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! And will be describing my experience with this horrible company all over review- and social-media platforms. I strongly recommend you shop at whiskybase or other competitors instead. Update 3/20/24: Caskcartel tried making it up to me in saying “both of your items will be redirected to our Concierge Access Point, where they will be consolidated and shipped together as originally intended, complete with the gift note you provided.” and offered me some funds towards my next purchase. So, if/when the products are delivered together in the way originally intended when purchased, I will happily remove this entire review. Till then though, it stays up. But it does seem that the company is attempting to make up for the issues. Updates to come either way

Never ordering from your incompetent site again. Ordered Glenfiddich Vat 01 for an event that came with special gift. Wrong bottle was delivered without signature or bonus gift. Had to open the bottle I got for event, finally got the bottle I ordered, again without being signed for and no bonus gift. Said they'd sell me the wrong bottle at a discounted price, email invoice said one price but when I went to check out the price was $50 more than the email invoice. Never ordering for you again. If I could give negative stars I would.

Charge approximately $300 for one bottle of wine that sells for $42 - it was an obvious error, and yet ccustomer service repeatedly argued that I was sent confirmation emails so it was my problem.

Ordered Glenfiddich Perpetual Vat 01, was told an adult needs to sign for the bottle. Stayed home from work to sign for the Glenfiddich just to find a bottle of Benriach Smoky Quarter Cask left at my door instead with no signature...
