“Very slow to ship, then they LOST my item. When I tried to cancel after all, they blamed me for not buying insurance. Do not use them!”

“Terrible company. I ordered a bottle for a friend's birthday and it did not arrive on time. I gave them a month to ship the bottle and I still have not received it. Never received updates or shipment information after three weeks of waiting. Company does not give refunds and will not cancel orders.”

“Order confirmation and then that’s it. No estimated delivery. Email to customer service bounced back as undeliverable. I’m guessing I’ve just gotten taken.”

“Very disappointed when I ordered the product it said it was in stock but when I called they said it was coming in and said that it’s within the timeframe of their policy. As of now it hasn’t shipped ..when I suggested that they should not have it listed as in stock I again was told it was still within the timeframe.. I bought this for a birthday gift”

“It’s been 17 days since I ordered and granted they said I’d receive my order in 2-3 weeks I have gotten ZERO updates and I’m out over $200 because they charge you ahead of time. Won’t shop here again.”

“It took a month for them to deliver the liquor I ordered. After a week I contacted them, it took another two weeks to print the label, and another week for delivery. There was no reason communicated for the delay and they offered a $5 off coupon for the trouble. I won’t be using this service again.”

“Cask Cartel doesn't necessarily have the wine you order. If you place an order, they'll search for it, just like you could, buy it, just like you could, and mark it up 20% - 50%. You'll pay more and get your wine later than if you just bought it yourself.”

“It's been two months since I placed an order and paid for it. I still have not seen my order delivered. Several emails back and forth with CaskCartel where they assure me they are on top of it. Only time will tell if the order will be fulfilled.”

“Lies, lies and more lies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a bottle of Found North Peregrine at $600, day after price went to $2400 and then they began to stall and lie. 6 weeks goes by and nothing but more lies. Eventually i had to file a claim with my credit card to get me money back. They had the bottle but wanted $1800 more for it because market had changed”

“I was very disappointed with my order today. The bottle of White Lightning was not the same bottle that I ordered AND the seal over to opening was half gone. The bottle that was shown online had a loop on the neck of the bottle. The bottle I received was a jar.”

“Placed order on April 6, 2024 on April 26, 2024 I received half of my order (one bottle). I notified you of the missing item but as of today May 9, 2024 I still do not have the other half of my order. I get daily advertisements from you but why would I buy anything when I have not received my first order!”
