They should be VERY CLEAR on what they are selling be it case or single bottle. I ended up paying 84.00 for a 14.00 bottle of rum with shipping that’s 116.00 for one bottle of rum. To make matters worse, you can’t cancel your order… There is no customer service… Beware and buy elsewhere.. I will refuse order when it arrives . They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. It almost as if it was a fraudulent company.

Photo, price and description was of a 1972 bottle of scotch. What was sent was a plastic bottle you can buy at any liquor store. Very disappointed and feel cheated.

Upon investigation, your purchase was made for the Crawford's Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky | 1.75L. If you are reffering to the year of the bottle that is in the image, there is a disclaimer below stating, "*This image represents the intended product; however, bottle designs, artwork, packaging, and current batch release or proof may be updated from the producer without notice." If the intention was to purchase the 1970s version, the product title would specifically state, Crawford’s 3 Star Special Reserve (Bottled 1970s) Scotch Whisky. Which is a separate product link available on the CaskCartel.com Marketplace. We understand the importance of accurately representing our products, and we apologize for the confusion between the photo, price, and description of the Scotch you ordered and what was actually delivered. This falls short of the standard of quality and transparency we strive to uphold. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused and we appreciate your understanding.

The one star is for customer service. Ordered it on Jan 4th. After 3/4 e-mails back and forth telling me they were going to be right on top of it I didn’t get it delivered till Jan 30th. Almost 4 weeks to ship it to NJ from Texas. It could have been faster if they used Pony Express. They also charged me $35 to ship it.

I haven’t received anything yet, nor have I heard anything back from the day of my order. Not a confirmation, nothing. If this continues I will have to to stop the credit card payment with my bank.

Got suckered into buying "Lakers edition" Maker's Mark for 2 $100 thinking it was special, it's regular MM! Just 4xs the price! and it gave me access to buy Buffalo Trace for 2x's the regular price. Go elsewhere unless you like to ridiculously overpay for nothing special!

Ordered a bottle of gin for a Christmas present. I have been emailing Cask Cartel for 3 weeks due to the fact that it has still not been delivered (as of January 16th). Kept getting told "it is coming". Today I got an order cancellation with no explanation whatsoever. Merry Christmas to my friend who received nothing.

I was so excited to find this and give as a Christmas present. It took much longer than expected to arrive, I almost thought it wasn’t going to be here in time, and I messaged the company and they said it was coming from overseas but would be here soon. I knew I had to sign for it so once I got the notification it would be delivered I altered my work schedule so I wouldn’t miss it. They left it on the front porch without requiring my signature. I was surprised since it’s alcohol and not happy as I took off work for nothing. Anyway I opened it and it was a regular crown bottle and bag with a cowboys star basically sewn on it. Looked so cheap. No collector box like the picture and I was so let down. This was $200 for a bottle of regular crown. I called customer service and they asked me to send pictures. I did. They wrrr going to reach out to the seller but that was the last I heard. I went on eBay and found a man out of Texas selling his box for $40. He overnighted it to me and it came with the bag!! So I was able to salvage the gift. Meanwhile I have a $200 bottle of crown and a company that DOES NOT back their products. Do not buy from them, it’s a scam.

After almost two months of waiting while my purchase was “en route to paris” I was told it was lost and I would get a refund. Never received the refund. I will tell everyone I know not to use this company.

I received a bottle that I was giving as a gift in December that expired in August. It was not inexpensive. I've sent 3 emails asking them to fix this and have not received a single response. This could have been a great review if someone had just responded.

They sold me a bottle that was 5 times the prices as everywhere else and when it was delivered there was no one home but a minor and since there was no verification of age or id required they left it with him. There are no refunds or returns ... AND THEY DELIVERED IT TO A MINOR.

It’s been over a week with no sign that my wine shipped. And now they’re asking for me to submit a review, like I should have received the product. (I haven’t). Typically high end liquor places ship immediately. So I’m not impressed here.

Well I didnt know that not only would they not send the complete set of what I ordered but that they would send a bottle of whiskey that was only 80 dollars compared to the almost 500 that I spent. This site is honeslty way over priced and has no checks and balances against the prices or quality of their sales. It would be best if no one used this site it is a complete scam.

Be very careful before clicking to checkout. The prices are ridiculously expensive, so expensive that I thought I was ordering a case rather than a single bottle. The button for case qty is nearly the same color as the single bottle and it is hard to tell which is selected. When I realized my mistake I ran afoul of their also ridiculous cancellation policy. This is a mistake I will never be making again as I will never buy from them again and I encourage you to avoid them as well.
