Disappointed When I purchased the advent calendar on 11/28, it read 3 to 5 business days. It is now 12/7 with no delivery date! Poor communication with customer service. Be very concerned if you place an order.

I placed my order and they sent me a email that they couldn't process or deliver my order. I requested a refund based on the 30 day rule but they stated they wouldn't refund my money. This company is scam selling what they could not deliver.

I placed an order 20+ days ago and still have not received any information about tracking the order . I’ve sent emails inquiring about my order and have not received any information regarding it. The money was withdrawn from my bank account and I have not received my order. If the order was not able to be processed, I should have been notified by now.

On the original website the bottle i tried to purchase was around $20. It had a note that if I bought a case of 6 it would cost ~$111.00. I got one bottle that cost me $144. This is for a bottle that is less than $30 MSRP. In fact I had just bought one from another online retailer for $27. They only had one or I would have bought more. I feel I was swindled! I will never buy from you again.

Terrible. They charged me $200 for one bottle of $13 Albariño when I thought that was for a case. They insisted that prices vary. Was a screw cap wine and they ripped me off. $50 shipping and $149 for the bottle!

Rubbish experience all around. Items "in stock and ready to ship" have not shipped after 2 weeks. Prices are all over the place. Cancellation policy isn't clear until after you've made the purchase.

Shipped from France to the USA by an individual not a distributor! I received a well used box by UPS and no adult signature was required which puzzled me as it is alcohol. Shipping label is clearly marked "Homemade Decanter" and when I opened the box I could clearly see why. Cheap wine bottle (not the correct bottle) with fake labels and filled with some dark brownish liquid that I would not recommend anyone to taste it as it could be sewer water. Very expensive counterfeit/fake Volbeat Rum lll. I was skeptical on ordering but I rolled the dice anyways and got burned!

What I received was the product NOT as advertised. I suggest that you look at the fine print for the product you are purchasing before you place the order. They have the right to change the packaging and flavors for gift packs. If you do not, CaskCartel will ship you the cheapest product in their inventory. BTW, Their inventory is provided by "Sub-Contractors" Hence being a "Cartel". I will never deal with this company again, or, recommend them to anyone. I will continue to deal with Woodencork.com and Caskers.com as they are reputable, and stand behind their commitment to the purchasing public.

Nothing they said in the terms of purchase they followed through on except charging my card which I will be disputing today with my credit card company. Read the reviews because there is a trend there.
