I thought they had unique whiskey so figured their prices would be competitive. Saw the same bottle I ordered at the grocery store for $100 less. Will never order from them again. Also the delivery driver left at the door and signed that it was received himself.

This place is terrible. They got my order wrong and when I called, they refused to change it. They charge me too much money. They wouldn’t reverse the charges and they keep sending me bogus advertisements every month for things that they can’t sell. Your money as well suited someplace else. Don’t risk a cell with these guys.

I made an order almost 3 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. I notified Cask 2 weeks ago and again today. No tracking provided. No information from Cask as to where my order is! Where do we go from here. I would like a resolution to this. Please and thank you.

Company allows its platform to be used by vendors engaged in price gauging. The vendor charged me 20x the price available online through other platforms. It offered to refund me half the money. That's why I gave it two stars. It does not allow refunds.

100%not good.In a dispute with Cask Cartel.False advertising of one bottle of wine for $16.95 end up being $186.50 for one bottle which was previously bought for $8.95 one bottle.Was told no refunds no cancellation.Be careful of this company.

1. No order derails provided immediately after the order was placed. 2. No way to find when your order will be shipped and delivered during the process of order 3. My order was delivered later than I wanted as I was trying to deliver the bottle to a person traveling abroad to carry for a friend, hence wasting $91.92 4. Very unreliable process and will never come back here neither recommend

This site is wildly janky - doesn't let you enter a gift message, customer service cant/wont do anything to help you with your order, and they send out your order randomly without notice and threaten a restocking fee when they're disorganized and uncommunicative. Dont order from here.

I will never buy from them. I purchased an item and cancelled the order few minutes later. They didn’t accept it. Companies that “really” care about their customers DO NOT ACT LIKE THAT.

Horrible and disappointed! Not sure I would recommend ordering from this company. Ordered in mid-August one month later still have not received product. Meanwhile, I’ve paid in full for the item. Customer Service has replied and ensured I will be receiving my item soon. Disappointing…

I bought some whiskey from you and thought I was buying a case because it was so expensive. I buy it for $30 and you charged $250 for 1 bottle. But I will warn as many people as I can. Watch out it's a rip off, and you you can't do a return.

I have not received my bottle to the tune of 130.00 ! I have not been contacted yet by phone or email other than you said it was on the way over a week ago. Very disappointed! Also you should be more upfront with ordering. It wasn't until after I completed my order that you said you will make 3 attempts to deliver and then the bottle goes back to you and I loose all my money!!! I would have never placed the order under those terms!!!!!!
