I never received the product I ordered and never received any communication from the company about why it never even shipped.

Ordered one thing, got something else. Was never provided tracking. If I ever get what I ordered, I’ll update the review.

Where do I begin when you get an email saying you placed a $211 dollar order when you never did? Then you proceed to try and contact someone via phone and email and explain everything and the email you get back from the manager in customer support simply gives you the order details obviously never reading what you wrote. Then you immediately respond and never hear back other than saying your order, you didn't place, has shipped! They either have poor e-commerce systems or they are crooks and if they pride themselves on customer service that says a lot. Would give 0 stars if I could as I've never had anything like this happen to me and I've been ordering online for 20 years!

Havnt received my order. Dint know if I ever will get my paid for order with a ridiculously high shipping fee! Not worth the trouble ordering in my opinion!

Placed an order on 7-3.. still hasn’t left fed ex.. now I will not be home for shipment. All emails are returned! 0 customer service!

I will not be using this company again. Submitted an order. 4 business days later I was told the distributor couldn’t get what I ordered but could ifI paid another $45. Or they’d try to find someone else who could honor the original price. I responded I didn’t want to pay more and requested the order be cancelled. I was told if it couldn’t be resolved in 48 hours I would get a full refund. I was assured this is what would happen and have two emails stating so. 72+ hours later there was no update so I requested a refund. I then stared getting bounce backs on my emails saying my messages couldn’t be delivered. So I had to find a different contact email and then I was told they’d have to put in a request for it and hope to get approval. Then I was told the refund wouldn’t happen and that the company could honor my original request and price. At this point I had been told twice I’d get a full refund and requested it at least 3 times. Finally 14 days after placing the order (10 business days) I received an email that the order has shipped. The person I worked with was very nice, but the whole process was very frustrating and misleading. I will not use this company again and do not recommend others use them either.

To slow,takes to long to get order, I'm thankful for what you do but I use to order from another vendor ,could order it in Sunday and get it by Thursday of the next week,plus their s&h was cheaper, but they quit delivering ,but you need to speed things up, I'll keep ordering but hurry thanks

The shipment was delayed and it took me reaching out to them to get an update. It's bad enough they charged 149 for a bottle that runs $70 but then it takes forever. I don't plan on ordering from them again unless absolutely necessary.

Therefore, a Route claim was filed on your behalf and resolved with a replacement order on July 10, 2023. I was shocked by the hidden $50 shipping cost for ONE bottle which appeared in my total AFTER I entered my credit card number and paid. I am unhappy it was not disclosed in advance of payment, and it is not competitive with any other fine liquor online retailers.

Worst experience thus far with an online retailer. Full bait and switch. Purchased a 2002 George T. Stagg and was shipped a 2017. The vendor tried to claim it was a Vintage 2002. Furthermore, the product was shipped from Europe illegally as a decanter set. All around shadiness. I know they won't publish this review but if you see it.....stay away.
