“If you are not in a rush to receive your item it’s no problem. It took 4 weeks and arrived after Xmas. The product was packaged wonderfully. The shipping was extremely expensive considering the slow service also the customer service again is very slow. I can understand why people would be dubious about ordering from this site from all the bad reviews about their expensive shipping and customer service. I would order again if I was looking for a special gift that we can’t get in Europe but I would order well in advance.”

“I wish that you would have sent email correspondence at various points: - confirmation of my order - when it ships / approximate delivery date It was unnerving seeing that my card was charged, but having no communication as to when it was expected to would ship / be delivered. I started to feel like perhaps I fell for an online scam. Thank you”

“I thought the extra $22 per bottle I paid was for the guarantee Cask Cartel provides. What I realized is that it appears to be more for the insane over-use of packaging. My order was for 2 bottles but I received a box to hold 4 bottles and a duplicate of bottle packaging and useless thin plastic wrapped around the bottles that does not provide value. Now all this excess will go into the landfill.”

“I love the selection here but my prefer has been overlooked more than once. I bought two Father’s Day gifts for two different ppl. Father’s Day was five days ago. One of the gifts arrived two days ago and the other one well he’s still waiting for it. My purchase was June 3rd and Father’s Day was June 16th… it’s hard to guesstimate how much time is needed but the customer service was pleasant about it.”
