“I was very disappointed to have spent so much and not receive updates on shipping. I placed the order well over a week ago snd only when I contacted the company did I receive an update. Below questions are irrelevant as we haven't received our order yet.”

“To long waiting for shipment to arrived its been almost a month and still dont have a date of arrival i understand it comes from over seas but more comunication would be nice . Atleast an estimated date of delivery. Also pricing for actual bottle was a bit high, bottle i bought cost about 50 us dollars in spain but cost me over 200 here in the us plus a high delivery fee . Castcartel is good but please work on pricing and comunication of delivery date when order is being placed”

“Although there is a very comprehensive selection to choose from, once the order is placed all communication ceases to exist. My order was placed confirmed and it was 5 days later to hear back that shipping was in place or that I would receive a confirmation from shipper aka FedEx This was a bit confusing”
