Ordered the wrong bottle and was unable to cancel my order within seconds of realizing I made a mistake. Unfortunately I don’t agree with their policy and procedures so I will just shop elsewhere.

Nice range of product. Good prices. Unfortunately I don't get an approximate delivery timeframe during checkout or even after the order is placed. Makes it difficult to plan around caskcartel for gifts.

It was ok but same items have shipped from CA and the shipping and package protection was nowhere near as high. The selections are much more expensive than other places I've shopped. There was no communication on why the hold up when two articles were shipped and one wasn't until a week later. Also the ship selection only has more than 7 days so 8 would like to note it took 7 business days for the first 2 and 2 full weeks for the last item. It will arrive Monday.

Your variety of liquors is fantastic. Your prices aren't bad. Your shipping charges are ridiculous. I've stopped buying from CaskCartel. $86 shipping for five bottles is way over the top.

Hello Julia, and thank you for providing this feedback. Upon investigating this order, unfortunately, it shows that the gift text message option was not added to your cart during the check out process. Once a purchase has been made, we are unable to manually update the gift messaging options. However, we have seen some creative solutions from our customers. One suggestion is to forward the tracking email to the recipient and include a personalized message via email. This ensures that the recipient is aware of the delivery and can be available to sign for the package and provide proof of ID.
