“First time ordering through this site. The experience was easy and delivery was fairly quick. The item was packaged well protected. The only reason for the mediocre rating was that the shipping cost was $22 for one bottle. Pretty high when it's two-thirds the cost of the product shipped.”

“Shipping was awful, you have me download an app to follow it cause it has to be signed for. The app doesn’t update, FedEx gets here no signature required! Guy threw it on the porch! I was told when I checked out and paid 30 extra bucks for shipping! That I would get a “bonus gift” and if I checked out at a certain time airplane bottles, I got one fireball airplane bottle and that was it no “bonus gift”! This is the last time I’m ordering from here it’s just a joke!”

“I had some concerns about being available for delivery, and customer service was very responsive. My only complaint was that the order was very pricey, and a deciding factor was a “deal” I received to place the order for $5 off and a promise of samples (plural), with a picture of 10 or more samples. I didn’t expect that many, but I received one, and it was a bottom shelf whiskey. That was disappointing. However, I did receive my package in a timely manner, and it was very well wrapped and protected from any potential bumps in shipping.”

“Bottle is awesome! Delivery was perfect and well taken care of best Delivery we've had. The whiskey, well... it's not my favorite. But I LOVE the Bottle! We will be sharing the beverage with our friends to get their take on the flavor 😋 Thanks TnT2023”

“I've purchased products and had no problem, until I chose not to get the product protection plan,the 1 time I didn't get it, the product didn't make it to me and I had to pay more. I see that as a way for the company to make more money.”
