“I like the ability to order many different brands that are possibly not in my zip code. Although the price increase keeps me from ordering more. My last order had increased by 18.89. Sadly, I'll be looking for a cheaper place to order from.”

“I would have liked known shipping was also being charged too. Because you said the total cost was such and such. Then at the end. You got me for shipping too. You should have said that for the total cost so it would not look like you were pulling a fast one on me. That is the way I feel when a site pulls something like that. No matter what you have to say why you do it. I will not change the way I think about someone pulling a fast one on me doing that. Just something for you to think about.”

“My first experience was a little disappointing. I received a $100 gift certificate to buy whiskey on the site. The site has a great selection available. I selected an interesting bourbon for $90 and placed my order which add $30 for shipping. A day or so later got a note saying the seller requires $40 more if I want the whiskey. So I then had to pay another $40. I paid nearly $70 plus a $100 gift certificate for a $90 bottle of bourbon. I haven't got it just yet but hope it is great.”

“While I'm very happy that I received my order, the delay in shipping, with no useful status updates, is unacceptable. It won't prevent me from ordering from CaskCartel in the future, but it makes giving anything higher than 3 stars not possible, for me.”

“I was not able to add a gift message. It takes too long to process. I received some kind of tracking - CA0W1201573 - but I have no idea of how to track it as I don't know the carrier that was used to ship. Not sure I would do this again. I have no idea of when the order will arrive.”

“I understood/understand that there are instructions informing me that I can write my gift card after checkout, but I would prefer to write the gift text before I finalize the transaction. I kept going back to the beginning of my purchase, thinking I had missed it, wasting several minutes of my day.”
