“Original order unavailable. Company did not notify me. However, once mistake was recognized, company went out of its way to fix the error. Replacement made almost immediately. Except for original problem, excellent service.”

“Glad I ordered well ahead of Christmas, my order came in 2 shipments. The first took about a week and half and the second two and a half. Shipping is a bit pricey. They offer a great selection of of beverages that I have not been able to find locally. Husband is very happy with his Dingle Gin and Cafe Petron.”

“While I understand there are many processes in place for these things, it might benefit from having something in place that tells Cask Cartel that an order has not been fulfilled/shipped within a certain amount of time, as was the case in my order. Once I raised the issue of having not received a portion of an order, CC was very communicative and offered a replacement within a quick timeframe.”

“Pleased with the order but not the delivery. Product arrived ahead of schedule but left on my porch without an adult to to sign for it. These were not the terms at time of purchase, as this was an age-restricted product.”

“My package took three weeks to be delivered. I am new to this company so I was unsure of the process. I wish there had been a little more communication, letting me know the availability and shipping time. I wasn’t in a hurry, thankfully, but it does cause a bit of stress on my end.”
