“Item just shipped 14 days after order. Can't say if it arrives safely or not, but this was way too long.”

“I wish I could give five stars and I know they are a middle man of sorts but it's been a month and the whiskey I ordered for a friend hasn't even left the origin but is now headed for its destination about 28 Days Later which there should have been more checking or at least transparency”

“Website advertises itself that it expedites orders but it took 10 days to get a notice that it was being filled and I was sent tracking info (prior to that, checking on site it was blank). Disappointing that email confirmation has a big disclaimer that they have 30 days to fill - I didn’t see that fact highlighted when placing order. Order then had partial error; prompt reply to my email but it is a pain to get fixed because they are simply an intermediary! If one is able to order direct, would pick that route first.”

“Let me start with what I like - I like the selection and the descriptions. Very detailed to help me make my purchase (typically a gift). Customer Service is great and the ability to talk to someone is even better. What I do not like is how long it takes to receive the item. I verified that this product was in the US and I believed it said 3 days to process and then to be shipped. I ordered my product as a gift on December 12 and I just received today an email saying is it out for shipment; today is Wednesday, December 28th! As this was a Christmas gift I am now hopeful that the recipient is home and will receive it before New Year. This is my second time purchasing and the second time that it has taken approximately 3 weeks to receive. Just be upfront about shipping times, please.”

“I have YET to receive my Purchase and trying to Track and find information using ROUTE is next to impossible. I doubt I will use Cask Cartel again as POST PLACING of the ORDER has not been a good experience”
