“I haven't received my order. Easy to order even paid for Route protection. The app does not tell me an estimated arrival day or time, although I must sign for package. Is a flaw in online ordering from. Cask cartel or route. I have ordered previously and was super satisfied. Maybe I will hear something soon.”

“The product is great. However, shipping took longer than expected. When I checked out it said my order would come with a free gift....cool. Got my package and no free gift....not cool. If you're not going to give something, don't say you are.”

“The product I wanted was out of stock but they had an extensive selection to substitute. Shipping takes a long time because they use FedEx instead of UPS.”

“Happy with the selection and pricing, however delivery timelines are extremely long, and lack enough transparency to accurately plan ahead. I also had one very old bottle arrive with damaged internal packaging - the tube which typically houses the bottle was packed separately from the bottle and was partly crushed in transit. It was also missing the metal cap to the tube. While this doesn't affect the quality of the spirit, it does affect the experience when gifting, and the aesthetics when collecting.”
