“While I received the product quickly...there was zero communication between me hitting buy and the package showing up. When I called (after a 3-minute covid update- wow, really!) your sales assistance wasn't helpful and not really friendly. I guess I was just fortunate to have been home when the bottle arrived as I was able to sign for it and give my ID. The other question...why was it $50 to ship...I have cases of wine shipped for less?”

“On one hand, liked the service. Found a bottle I haven't been able to get and that part seemed reasonable. Expensive but reasonable, so quite happy... On the other hand, the terms are wonky. If I make a 'purchase' I would expect the company to confirm availability BEFORE taking my money, or issuing a refund instead of a credit. Works for Cask Cartel, not for the consumer. It's a dis-incentive to try again... They were fair by offering me additional credit for the inconvenience, but in today's many-options market, not sure why, other than for their cash flow, why I'm forced into this pickle...”

“Too early to tell. I placed an order almost three weeks ago and had heard nothing. I had checked on it twice with your help desk and just received notice it was shipped last night. Coincidence or the help desk? I appreciate the prompt response of the help desk.”

“Everything on the site is great. Still haven't received my order. Taking way to long. Some of the items I ordered were for a 50th wedding anniversary. Had to go out at last minute to find more champagne.”
