“I had no problem ordering or applying gift cards. Very smooth like George T. Stagg. However, I got a notification that my order was shipped. Then a notice the delivery was delayed. Now the shipping site says label created. I don’t have my order nor do I know when it’s coming.”

“I placed my order weeks and weeks ago. Assuming this arrives on the UPS update tracking time, it will be about one month between when I placed the order and it finally arrived. There was no notification at the time of purchase that such a long period was going to transpire between placing my order and its shipping.”

“I was very pleased with all of the customer service personnel that I contacted by phone. They were pleasant and helpful. I was NOT pleased with the website failing to disclose the cost of shipping until I was in the checkout process. That shipping cost was over $30 for one bottle. Neither was I pleased when I received an email several days after my order had been placed that I needed to supply an extra $7 for an”upcharge “ from the supplier. After a call and a few emails the matter was resolved without the upcharge. I am happy with the product but not the process. I doubt seriously if I will do business with cask cartel again.”

“Haven’t tasted the conch yet as it hasn’t arrived, but since CaskCartel is asking me to write a review, I can share that I am disappointed with delivery time. I’ve ordered scotch from other online places, and they’ve shipped more quickly. I ordered these bottles on Saturday. On Wednesday afternoon, I received an email that they shipped. There is no tracking info available at the moment. I imagine that’s because it just was received at the carrier or just picked up. I’m happy to write more once I receive the package.”
