Unfortunately the price point plus the shipping charges make continuing to purchase from Cask Cartel not a financially sound idea. I would think for a shipping charge of over $22 insurance would not be an extra charge. I was asked twice at checkout to pay even more.

At first I was impressed. Found the product I wanted, then discovered the shipping cost was totally outrageous plus extra insurance. Never the less I ordered the product , received an email but no delivery details . I have emailed to be told they have up to ten days to advise . Received two emails a day about their great company since but still have no idea when I will receive my order . I hate to say this, but is this the kind of service you offer ? If it is it’s a the last time I will order from you guys again . Regards Ian Heunis.

I realized after my purchase that I mistakenly picked the wrong item. After researching what I did purchase a normal volume non-allocated item cost me triple store prices. I meant to order Old Dominick Cask strength and I somehow picked their regular Tennessee whiskey normally $45 in stores with shipping, & ins I am at $130. Mistakes are expensive. I just hope it is halfway decent. Btw it says no refund no return yet this survey asks how do you find the return process and did you have to pay to return. Interesting.

I ordered an scotch whiskey advent calendar. Very disappointing for the price. It comes out to $20 a shot!

Ordered Friday and hasn’t even been shipped by Wednesday. Obviously gonna have to buy elsewhere next Christmas. Thanks for the crappy service.

No transparency as to shipping. 5 business days fed ex does not have it although a label was created 2=;days ago. The order is still in the committed window of 10 days but concerned that it won't make the it by then

Too expensive. A bottle of Bowman bourbon ended up costing me more than double what I can get it for at the local ABC store here in Virginia. I understand I need to pay for packing and shipping, but more than double the regular retail price? And then it's taking too long to get it delivered. I placed two orders as gifts for two different people two weeks ago, and neither one has been delivered yet. And then they make me install an app ("Route") to be able to track the package, and after I install this app, which wants to track my every move and get my info, it redirects me to the UPS tracking page. Why not just give me the UPS tracking number and not force me to install an app I don't want? Not sure my recipients will even get them before Christmas at this rate.

Cask Cartel doesn’t seem to have inventory but fills your order from others who do. While it lister the product I ordered on its web site, it took one month to actually fill the order and get it to UPS to ship. Just be aware of this if you order a “hard to get” bottle.

Two week turnaround to get order after paying for delivery is extremely difficult for me to repeat another order in the future. I ordered two weeks before I needed delivery thinking it would ship faster. Since there is no ETA for delivery there is no way to know. Probably won’t buy again from cask cartel. Second order and same scenario. Just take too long to receive order.
