“I will NEVER do business wiht CaskCartel again-I ordered a bottle of Makers about 3 weeks ago to be delivered as a birthday gift and I STILL have not been given an esitmated date for delivery-and no one is following up on it unless I send MORE EMAILS to ask about it-you have a terrible business model-people don't expect to wait WEEKS to have online orders delivered-”

“What the heck are they thinking with these prices JUN HO LYCHEE for $49.99 for one 350ml bottle? This is $4.99 at my local store and many other online retailers. This company absolutely sucks if this is what they do to people. Terrible! i hope you go out of business.”

“I will never order from CaskCartetl again. My shipment has been pending for 6 days now. A label & FedEx tracking number was created on 06/17. FedEx still has not received the shipment. My email to CaskCartel asking for help went unanswered. Now I have to wait until some undetermined time has passed before they allow me to make a claim with the route protection.”
