“I placed 2 orders at the same time to arrive by Christmas. I just found out yesterday that my order of Apple Rye was not delivered. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Your company since the original order your company has sent several emails with what is on sale, but nothing about my order that wasn’t sent. This makes me hesitant for future orders especially since the delivery costs more than the product. Thank you DeeDee Tate”

“I made an order Dec 7th, but the items were shipped to the wrong address. Since I haven't heard from the carrier to pick up and forward the Birthday Gift to my son-n-law , I decided that it would be faster to just make another order and request that the delivery be made by a different carrier: Please DO NOT USE GIO EXPRESS.”
