“I purchased a rare bottle of whisky I had been looking for for years. 2 weeks later it still didn’t ship. I had to call customer service only to be told that vendor didn’t actually have the bottle I bought and I would have to pay 80% more money if I wanted the bottle from a different vendor. Cask Cartel got 3 stars from me because a more common bottle came just fine, but I am still waiting on a tasting set to ship I ordered 2 weeks ago. We will see.”

“I’m not sure I will use CaskCartel again. I placed my order at the beginning of December, December fourth to be accurate. I have still not received the product I paid for and they couldn’t seem to help me get the product any sooner. I’m not able to answer any other questions since nothing has not been delivered as of yet on January 6th.”

“I received my order made on December 3, 2020 today January 5, 2021. I had to call 3 times before I finally got complete help!. I know this is a PANDEMIC YEAR AND THE CHRISTMAS SEASON BUT, having to run this order down was ridiculous. I am happy it's here, though. Mary Mitchell”

“First it was hard to order a bottle and have it delivered somewhere else So I had to call your time and my time are different then was told couldn’t order over the phone delivery no body takes 5-10 days to deliver even with the holidays And your charging so much a $29 bottle turns into $42 Just seems more hassle then it is worth”

“You do not indicate time of delivery. I placed an order well before Christmas and it appears it would be delivered by JAN 6 !! Missed the Christmas and New Year event - you may as deliver in Feb 2021 or Dec 2021 !!”

“They were supposed to deliver to the alternative address that I have them and it still came to my house. I was able to get it on the second delivery, but it could have been returned after 3 tried.”
