Peter, this is terrible news. We've checked and the check you purchased was emailed to you, and has been viewed online. We've dropped you an email to see if we can resolve the issue - if there's an issue receiving our emails then do give us a call on 020 8133 3680.

Peter, as discussed, this appeared to be caused by our email getting sent to your spam folder. We're glad we could get this resolved and that you got the check in the end and we're sorry that the result wasn't instant as it should be.

“I live in Malta and have purchased a car in the UK. The car was described as perfect from the seller in the UK and the dealer in malta. So I used your service. This helped a lot because it confirmed what the dealer in Malta had told me about the car. Thank you UK vehicle.”
