I am very pleased with your Gold Report for a used car which I may buy. Your report was thorough and included, in particular, an MOT history which dispelled any doubt over the mileage figure quoted by the vendor. Thank you!

I dont see why they had to take the cost for the check then to find out that their dvla system has not details of this records and that they will look into it and refund within 48hrs if that is the case. Why not check first to confirm vehicle details are available thus saving admin costs at their office? I couldnt recommend it.

Ranjeet, sorry you're not happy about our process - we have to take payment when you buy a car check as we issue our checks instantly. It appears that the vehicle you checked had very recently (that day) changed registration and therefore we were unable to retrieve data from the DVLA on the vehicle. History check is helpful but information on finance outstanding is not included in the silver check. It's a pity.

although the HPI stopped me buying a car with a credit agreement on it......thank you.....there was no number to call to get clarification of the details....i did call the finance company who were no help at all so wanted to contact UKVehicle.com that day/hour/minute but you can only contact them via email.....a phone number would be better in those desperate situations.......and i felt i was in one. thanks anyway the car a bought instead is much better......and clear of any finance!!!

A very straight forward service at a nominal price. I received a lot of information about the vehicle I was due to view which helped me determine if it was suitable for me or not. Well worth a small investment up front which could potentially save a lot of money /hassle later on. Well recommended.

by checking with you it raised several questions one was to do with mileage ie the veh appeared to have done 4000 miles from17/2 to 26/2 I am making further eqs as the veh may have been recently purchased then put back on the market at aslightly higher price. Hopefully after making further ens these questions may be cleared up ?
