“Original free to view info stated my vehicle was written off in 2004 however when I paid the fee to view full information it stated it had not been written off. Company contacted me regarding this and were very helpful and explained where the issue may have come from. Issued a full refund”

“The information was quickly received. I used it to check a vehicle for sale (on a well known vehicle website), The sale turned out to be a scam, the search helped me discover the true history of the vehicle and helped prevent me becoming a victim of fraud. It may have been useful to alert the owner of the vehicle that scammers were using photos of their vehicle for fraudulent purposes.”

“My first time of using this site and considering the second car environment we are sadly in, I found these checks an essential part of the beginning this process . I found this site quick and easy with the added benefit and security of Pay Pal. Will most certainly use again .”

“I was pleased to find that the vehicle was not stolen or an insurance write off which was the main reason for my check. There was equal information in the printout that would equate to the same costing almost £20. I was not happy to find that although the vehicle make an model was correctly identified on the initial search, the main report only identified it as a motorcycle with the correct colour; giving the last two digits of the VIN and an engine number. I'd guess that is down to one data base not transferring information to another.”

“Helped me establish the very basic: that a car had been previously written off. Some other stuff I was able to ascertain on the GOV.UK website, but this is by far the best value for checking that kinda stuff. Also liked the online listings it provided for the car. It had been sold online twice in the past two years, with photos and everything! Kyle”

“Inthe process of making payment was advised that the process had failed, so went through the same procedure again, then it went through and a result, very helpful, however Have been charged twice on my PAL account despite being advised that it had failed.”

“This site is great! I found it really useful as I wanted to bid for a vehicle at auction and had no idea that I could get such a comprehensive set of data on the vehicle, not just DVLA data but also any recent history on advertisements for sale. Knowing that there's an audit trail of information about a vehicle really adds to your confidence as a buyer.”

“Hi, I used this service to check a vw Toureg LR57 VPP. The car was for sale at a very good price . But the old saying if something sounds to good to be true it usually is. the site showed that the car had been for sale in three different locations in the country. that along with the vendor was not in the country, a delivery company was handling the sale and would deliver the car to me after I had done a BACS transfer into there account led me to believe this was a SCAM!! or indeed SCAMOLA!! £4 well spent...”

“paid the 3.99 and no additional information was held ! The customer service people contacted me, without prompt and agreed they didn't have any information and refunded the 3.99 it took them all of 5 mins Fantastic customer service”
