“They took my money. Never provided my with the key I paid for. Promised to remedy the situation i complained about. Did nothing of the sort. LIARS.”

“They take your money as others have said. then you get a message saying that your order is under review...This is after your card was charged, of course...So after 3 hours of hearing nothing I send several messages to their website stating send me a key or a refund please..Again no response for about an hour...Then at the 4.5 hour mark i get a message saying they will refund my money but that it will take 7-11 business days. I think this review speaks for itself... Do not trust these guys.”

“I have used cdkeys once successfully in the past, and revisited last night to have a terrible time with them. They took the purchase then had me sending pictures of credit cards and asked me to jump through hoops to confirm the birthday gift purchase. This morning I had an email just refusing the purchase even though they had all the security they asked of me. They have now said I should see my money back on my card in 11-14 days. Very dodgy and I don't think I'll see my money again. Do NOT USE”

“Do not use. Code did not work. No response from customer service. Pay a bit more to get a code from a trusted source that will actually work.”

“have yet to recieve my code or reach customer service for 3 days. If you call their number it doesnt even ring, but says they have a bunch of calls...... i have emailed and put in a ticket on their website. 3 days later still no answer. At this point I believe them to be a scam and do NOT recommend to anyone.”

“Digital codes are not given "instantly" after payment like what their website advertises. I spent about 3 days waiting for them to respond to my query about the digital code for the game I bought and they just respond with "please send so and so for more security checks." Worst customer support ever. Slow service and sketchy security check system. Don't waste your time buying from them.”

“they send me an invalid code. took them 2 weeks to send me a new one.the "new one" was also invalid. after 3 weeks I got my money back. took me plenty of time and mails. worst support ever. had over 20 orders before with no problem. never again”

“It's a SCAM. They sell dodgy codes that don't work or will be voided later by legit issuer such as PSN and Xbox and others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“I ordered Red Dead Redemption 2 and received the code for Red Dead Redemption 1. I contacted them and after a week of waiting, they refused to reimburse me or make me a credit. I find that unacceptable. If the error came from me, I would not have said anything, but the problem comes from them. The worst site in the world! To avoid Order No. 1502590761”

“Bought 2 Fortnite key codes which were supposed to have 4,000 Vbucks. Sent two codes. Only received 2,000 Vbucks and a skin. SEVERAL emails, videos showing the key didn’t work. Took two days for a response and now they are saying 10 days for a refund. I am not waiting ten 10 days. They took my money just fine. Now they are not answering me. All I wanted to do was gift my son Vbucks. They have made it BEYOND difficult. If you are on this site. SAVE yourself the aggravation. Disregard the 33% off. It’s not worth the saving. You WILL not get what you pay for. Spend a little more for peace of mind. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Company is shady. **BUYER BEWARE*** I still have not received ANYTHING- they are INVESTIGATING 😂 maybe they should have sent me a code that work and not ripped me off. I wish I could give them a -1,000,0000,0000 they don’t even deserve half a star.”

“It's either a scam or they are a completely unprofessional business. Made two orders today, one by PayPal, one by credit card. Never received an email confirmation or invoice for EITHER order. No CD keys were sent, checked my spam folder too. They do not respond by email or phone. This was a terrible experience, I've been waiting hours for any type of email from them. It's a lie when they advertise digital instant delivery.”

“Took my money. As soon as I purchased I had to download orgin which isn't compatible with my computer, so I emailed and requested a refund. Nope. My "key" was already activated. Bs. Scam.”

“Took my money, did not deliver my key. Attempts to contact customer service are met with an autoreply and nothing else. Used to be decent, now they are a scam. BEWARE. I'm going to file a chargeback, I recommend everyone else who was scammed do the same.”
