“Bought a key and when I received it I input it into Steam. It said it was already used and I contacted steam and cd key support to no avail. Cd key say I used key and steam say it was used by someone else not me. I have sent CD keys numerous pictures of proof that I had not used the key but they just ignore me. Money lost and never ever using this site again.”

“Got given a code for a DLC that said it was already redeemed. It's been 5 days and I still haven't been able to get them to give me a new code. I even contacted EA and they said that the code was redeemed but not on my account and the code wasn't even for the DLC that I wanted! I took screenshots of the chat and emailed it to CDKeys and they haven't responded since.”

“5 days ago I bought a game that was supposed to be released the same day. The key never arrived and it said 'available shortly'. Contacted the support and one of the agents told me that the keys should be out in 1 hours. Well it's been 5 days. From the first day when I create a new ticket for the support team, they reply apologising for the inconvenience and offering me a refund if I so wish. But when I actually request it, they just ignore it and have been doing that for over 3 days now. If the key works, great! Fast and cheap service. But if it doesn't... You will not get any help from the support team or get your money back.”

“Customer service is bad, if you purchase a code that is invalid do not expect to get a response in a decent amount of time, not even sure it I am going to get the refund or not. would not suggest buying from this company”

“After reading all of the positive reviews on trust pilot I thought the purchase would be a simple process however i could not have been more wrong CD Keys have taken my money and have kept it pending without giving me my product when I contacted them they responded by saying that Paypal was at fault after contacting Paypal and my bank they both stated that the money was in CDKeys possession they just had to accept when i tried to contact them again i heard nothing back after numerous emails to the customer support I now have to wait 30 Days for Paypal to refund me if I could give a 0 I would”

“If i could give 0 star i would. I order 2 £10 xbox cards but didnt get them i spoke to someone and got told they would sent me them straight away but didnt ive rang them in united states from uk but the phone rings then says call ended and ive emailed 15 time after that with no reply”

“Bought Microsoft FS2020 for £58.99 The product key could only be obtained by back and forth verification and once obtained would not work with CDkeys account or on Steam. Felt very ripped off. Do not use CD keys unless you can afford to waste money on a product that may not work or waste hours of your time chasing fixes and updates. Very angry about the whole experience.”

“Purchased a game on CDkeys,"Available Shortly" is written on the Order for 3 hours,after talking with the support via E-mail ,I was informed that there were indeed technical difficulties and i just had to wait.Asked for a refund,havent got an answer yet.I guess next time i am paying that extra $ to get the game from Kinguin or G2a.(6 hours since i bought the code and nothing yet,the support was answering the mails in 30 minute time,pretty quickly right?Well since i asked for a refund there hasnt been an answer in 4 hours)”

“I purchased an Xbox one game yesterday. I got the code almost instantly, as always. However, the code did not work, it just switched back to the store dashboard. When I tried it again it said the code was used. Customer ‘support’ claimed the code was used and I was told to contact Microsoft. Microsoft said the code was used and that I did not own the game. CDKeys said that they were not able to refund because the code was not used when sent. When I asked for proof of this, I stopped receiving emails.”
