“Terrible experience after purchasing RAGE 2 PC (ASIA) + DLC. Received the wrong key. After using the key on Bethesda.net Launcher an error is received mentioning that the key is invalid. It is clear that they are selling fake/used keys. Tried getting in touch with customer support however they were unable to provide any assistance. They acknowledged the issue however mentioned that it would take 10 days to determine whether an refund is applicable. So far have not received any response from them.”

“Somehow accidentally ordered 2 Xbox live keys. Asked for a refund via email but just received generic response. Been on their live chat 3 times now but after waiting for an hour I Leo getting cut off. I've now sent 3 emails but again just get generic responses. These lot are awful. Won't order from them again. AVOID”

“Please be aware THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. I bought Witcher 3 but was CHARGED by CD Keys for a FREE code. They then claimed to me that their keys are from authorised locations but GOG (the platform who run the Witcher games) stated specifically that CD Keys are not authorised to do so. CD Keys are also removing a vast majority of negative trustpilot reviews (improper use of flagging tools) to sway their rating. They also refuse to verify negative reviews which is clearly a ploy.”

“If I'm honest I got an email saying CD keys needed help improving their rating in return for a chance to win something. However I will be honest Although I would like to highlight I've never had any issues with CD keys. I've bought countless games from them such as Assassins Creed Odyssey gold edition. I won't lie they may seem sketch but they do come through with the goods. I don't know how they get the games cheap and it may seem wrong but I don't care I don't have £60 to spend on games. They also have countless steps of authorisation before you see your code which is perhaps why people say they don't receive their code. Previously you were just emailed and link with your code but over they've changed it to be more secure. If you really want a game and don't want to spend loads to get it from the PS marketplace or xbox store then come here. It is cheaper then amazon and more convenient. However I know some people have had negative experiences regardless I can comfortably say I've never had an issue with CD keys.”

“HORRIBLE! Bought a key for GTA5 PC. Never received the game. When I put the code in it says code already in use! Emailed them and they said there’s nothing they can do and if I want I can get in touch with Rockstar. I didn’t buy it from Rockstar! They refuse to help me in any capacity. I even provided them with proof that I don’t actually have the game and the error message using the code they sent me. HORRIBLE company. Be very very careful if you choose to give them your money. You’re taking a huge gamble.”

“I had a purchase fraudulently made to this website. I've informed them that police involved, 5 days on still no response or refund! I am now pursuing payment via legal proceedings! Truly find this experience. Do not buy from these”

“I purchased legitimate keys from CDKeys.com that worked as intended. However, they charged me an extra 26 cents that was not authorized and was not explained. While this is a ridiculously insignificant amount, when I questioned the charge I was advised that my bank must have charged me a fee as it wasn't them. I knew this was not true but I checked with my bank just to be certain. The bank confirmed my belief that they didn't charge me anything and when I followed up with CDKeys.com to let them know my bank doesn't charge random, unexplained fees, they promptly stopped replying to me. While this isn't a huge deal financially, it's still upsetting that they can get away with this and makes me wonder if they're charging a bunch of people extra fees? I mean, it eventually adds up for them.”

“This site is only there to scam you ID. Your ID should never, never, ever geet in other hands. It can be used to make fake IDs and can provide you large problems. See Screenshot for further information. Avoid if you can.”

“Cant fault these guys, have ordered close to 40 games and have been using the site for over a year for all my PC game purchases. always delivered on time (usually within minutes/seconds) with zero problems. Can never work out why this isnt 5* all-round, cant recommend this site enough. can only assume when i see a bad review for this site its from people not understanding how to get your key (usually via email with a link) and dont actually read the instructions on nearly EVERY SINGLE PAGE.... *(pic is just one account i have with all cdkey purchases)”

“Cheap game keys, but if anything goes wrong, they will not respect your consumer rights. I'd say avoid using unless you're buying something dirt cheap, or you're 100% certain you won't require a refund. I'm going to have to place a chargeback claim through my bank now, because their customer support are unwilling to help me.”

“Very bad company. 14 may ordered a game key paid for it, money is written of my account but did not receive a key. Meanwhile its 19 may they told me the payment failed so i should contact my bank if i am concerned about it. I sended prove that i paid, nobody responded anymore. What a terrible company you are running. I will never buy from here again”

“Avoid. CD keys was recommended to me by a close friend who had 3 previous transactions that went without any problems. Well different story for me. I placed a order for a 7$ game, immediately I received a email saying my order has been placed on hold which I understand but I received another email saying they want me to send a picture of my payment card placed on a piece of paper with the date and time written on it, the last digits of my card showing, expiry date and name. Well the card I use doesn't display my name. After a while they send me a email back saying that my name isn't on the card and they need a picture of a VALID ID with my name showing, expiry date and picture. Either a drivers license, passport or national ID..... I've been online shopping for years. Never and I repeat NEVER,has a website put a 7$ TRANSACTION ON HOLD AND NEEDS ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF A DRIVERS LICENCE. After going back and forth with what they call customer service. I canceled my order immediately and demanded a refund. I suggest you avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. CDKEYS has lost not only a sale but a customer for life. I understand trying to make sure that the card isn't hacked but for a SINGLE $7 purchase? F*ckin Seriously? I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY COMPANY. Please do everyone a favour and close up shop. F*CKIN USELESS”

“Stole my money and gave me nothing in return. Purchased now TV voucher £12.99 Payed via PayPal but got a voucher code that was out of date. These thieves didn't return my money or a functional code. Stay clear.”
