“Got my key fast was downloading in less then a minute. The people that have an error in getting a key are the ones that come to post a review. Others are playing the game they just bought...”

“Bought 2 Fortnite key codes which were supposed to have 4,000 Vbucks. Sent two codes. Only received 2,000 Vbucks and a skin. SEVERAL emails, videos showing the key didn’t work. Took two days for a response and now they are saying 10 days for a refund. I am not waiting ten 10 days. They took my money just fine. Now they are not answering me. All I wanted to do was gift my son Vbucks. They have made it BEYOND difficult. If you are on this site. SAVE yourself the aggravation. Disregard the 33% off. It’s not worth the saving. You WILL not get what you pay for. Spend a little more for peace of mind. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Company is shady. **BUYER BEWARE*** I still have not received ANYTHING- they are INVESTIGATING 😂 maybe they should have sent me a code that work and not ripped me off. I wish I could give them a -1,000,0000,0000 they don’t even deserve half a star.”

“It's either a scam or they are a completely unprofessional business. Made two orders today, one by PayPal, one by credit card. Never received an email confirmation or invoice for EITHER order. No CD keys were sent, checked my spam folder too. They do not respond by email or phone. This was a terrible experience, I've been waiting hours for any type of email from them. It's a lie when they advertise digital instant delivery.”

“Took my money. As soon as I purchased I had to download orgin which isn't compatible with my computer, so I emailed and requested a refund. Nope. My "key" was already activated. Bs. Scam.”

“Took my money, did not deliver my key. Attempts to contact customer service are met with an autoreply and nothing else. Used to be decent, now they are a scam. BEWARE. I'm going to file a chargeback, I recommend everyone else who was scammed do the same.”

“Used for a key to play DOOM eternal, tarnsaction was very fast however upon redeeming bethda retuened this - "invalid code". First and last time I will use them. Not convinced it's a scam but it's still poor all the same. Cannot recommend.”

“Terrible customer service. As with others, told code would be immediate, then received an email stating they needed 30 minutes to process order, then after an HOUR I received another email requesting sensitive documentation, then half hour later told it wasn't correct, yet it totally was. Another hour later with a couple of emails and them taking ages to reply it was finally resolved, yet here I am stressed out still. I would NOT recommend at all, yes I recieved my code, I've yet to test it works”

“After quickly allowing you to pay you're then hit with a constant barage of needs for your info.. numbers, photos of cards, copys of photo identifications.. possibly even a blood sample and fingerprints but I didn't get that far.. they seem to purposely leave out any of these worrys until after you have payed.. Oh and I left a rant on the site strangely enough when I went back its only 5 star reviews again..”

“After passing the security test from our bank on the purchase, we had to wait an hour for them to do additional security. We had to send them a picture of our debit card, which we did. Despite all that they still rejected the order. Of course the money will be kept with them for 10 days.”
