"Steam keys purchased on CDKeys are not eligible for Steam refund policies. I'm surprised to learn this because CDKeys does not make this major limitation loud and clear during checkout. This is clearly in the best interests of both companies and definitely not in the best interest of the customer. You may save a few dollars on CDKeys, but you won't be able to use Steam's 2-hour playtime refund policy."
