“Terrible customer service. As with others, told code would be immediate, then received an email stating they needed 30 minutes to process order, then after an HOUR I received another email requesting sensitive documentation, then half hour later told it wasn't correct, yet it totally was. Another hour later with a couple of emails and them taking ages to reply it was finally resolved, yet here I am stressed out still. I would NOT recommend at all, yes I recieved my code, I've yet to test it works”

“took payment no product or key nothing rip off taken my money scammed me purchased ps4 plus 12month on the 9/3/20 its now the 14/3/20 got nothing for my money scammers rip you off then ignore you be warned biggest scam ever..... I AM GOING TOO LEAVE A REVIEW EVERY DAY UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK”

“After quickly allowing you to pay you're then hit with a constant barage of needs for your info.. numbers, photos of cards, copys of photo identifications.. possibly even a blood sample and fingerprints but I didn't get that far.. they seem to purposely leave out any of these worrys until after you have payed.. Oh and I left a rant on the site strangely enough when I went back its only 5 star reviews again..”

“After passing the security test from our bank on the purchase, we had to wait an hour for them to do additional security. We had to send them a picture of our debit card, which we did. Despite all that they still rejected the order. Of course the money will be kept with them for 10 days.”

“I bought a Fifa 20 CD PC key from CDkeys.com in October and i hadn't redeemed the code on Origin until attempting in February for the key itself to be invalid. I paid £47.99 even after sending over 5 emails for some support from CD keys i got a reply twice with the same automated email telling me stuff like check with xbox and a key linked with my account blah blah which goes to show whoever looked at my emails is stupid. terrible customer service currently looking into taking legal action. i imagine some people have no issues with CDkeys.com my experience was absolutely terrible and after i attempt to get at least what i paid for I will never use and will tell a lot of people i know to never use it.”

“Ridiculous process to get code which ultimately required me to receive a text message which never arrived even after repeated requests. Support replied over 24 hours later with a meaningless answer about them re-sending the email that again never came.”

“Don’t pay attention to the rare few whom have had good experiences. 5 stars?? Really??! I had attempted making a purchase that they declined, because my wife’s name doesn’t match mine! No s$&* Sherlock!! I’m not going to trust you guys with a thousand foot pole using anything other than a credit card that I can go back and dispute a claim of purchase going foul. Like other have said...first attempt took three days worth of replies to resolve the matter. Yep, that’s right! One email per day. Boy, must be one hell of a job. Grab that cup of joe in the a.m., type an email, clock out and go home. By now, it would of easily been worth more than even a few extra bucks just to get what I’m seeking and in a timely manner. Don’t waste your time and money!”

“Bought what was supposed to be a PS Now code for my son. He put it in the PS4 and found what he had was a PS Plus code, but he did not realise that was not what it was supposed to be. Contacted customer services who did not even APOLOGISE for their error, every part of the process, the website, the email receipt and the download code link showed it as PS Now. Instead they told my tough luck it is my own fault for using the code that THEY SENT ME. No offer of a replacement, no offer of a discount on next purchase, not even a basic apology. Rude and scam.”

“I had previously purchased a PC game from them with no issues. However, I purchased a digital code for the same game through them after experiencing no issues with my first purchase. The code says it was already in use. I have already tried to contact their support team and I have no received a response yet even though I was able to get in touch with someone after purchasing it and verifying if everything was okay. They did not reply to me afterwards. I have attached screenshots and still nothing.”

“Really poor experience using this company. Purchased GTA for the PC, 2 of the files would not download. Spoke to them about it and they said my PC was faulty and that i had to speak to Rockstar (GTA) about it. We did and after 4 hours they couldn't help us. Went back to CD keys and they will not refund despite sending a faulty game. Bunch of scammers will never touch these again and i would advise anyone considering using them gives them a wide birth. Just pay a bit more and use a reputable company.”

“Cheated out of time and money. If you’re thinking about buying from CDKeys.com don’t bother; it’ll only bring you disappointment. On the 6/12/19 I purchased a £20 Steam wallet voucher, on the 15/12/19 this was then ‘approved’ for me to download and print off of my personal printer to be added to a sealed Christmas present for my brother. Christmas Day arrives, my brother goes to redeem his key and as I’m sure you’ve read many times before ‘THIS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED’. Now, nobody but my brother has a steam account, nobody has inputted this code into an account to my knowledge and yet somehow CDKeys customer support are stating I have redeemed this already; Howwwwwww? Whennnnnnn? With what accountttttttt? Customer support have replied to my ticket just the one time so far and have passed me off to speak with STEAM directly. Surprise surprise Steam have confirmed the code has been used and to contact the point of purchase. This is a tennis match I most certainly didn’t ask for and words cannot describe how frustrated I am to see reviews popping up all of the internet exclaiming the exact same problem. Being sold a used key is a rip off to say the least but it just shows that keys aren’t being checked properly before being sent off and/or the sources providing them with the codes aren’t legitimate. I’ve got screen shots of conversations with other fellow disappointed customers, screenshots from Steam and screenshots from CDKeys, proving just how poorly this ‘company’ is run and if ever you think it’s worth saving the odd 50p and ordering from this particular website I can assure you it would be like lighting a match to your bank account.”
