“The rug ordered arrived and is fine, but there was no parcel 1 of 2 with it. The non slip backing was not here with the rug when I arrived at home. The rug was left on the front patio, but I have no backing material, which I had ordered and paid for. Could you please look into this problem for me? It is important that I receive the non slip material as I am elderly and do not need to have another fall or slip on the rug. Thankyou, Estelle Parke.”

“I work in holiday property management and was asked to purchase a replacement rug for a holiday home. I searched many many websites looking for a modern, well priced, hard wearing large rug. I had exceptional customer service from the Cheap Rugs Aust staff when I had an enquiry. The rug arrived and it is fabulous. I am now ordering a new rug from these guys for my home.
