“This trip I purchased for is very important to me. After purchasing my flights, car, etc. I received inconsistent information about the details. When I reached out to the agent and other companies, the information continued to not match. Because of all of this inconsistency, I canceled my order from Cheap Flights Fares.”

“Most of the other that I booked a ticket they gave me 24 hours for cancellation the tickets But you after I book my ticket only two hours later that I can’t cancel anymore Never again book my ticket at your website”

“I have revised my review from poor after speaking to an agent and getting my concerns corrected. To 4 stars because of the time and stress it took after many phone calls to resolve the issue. I would definitely use the site again after talking with this manager.”

“Had a little discrepancy on my booking but it was soon rectified by the booking agency in a timely fashion. It was very well appreciated.”

“After choosing my flights, entering my credit card number, and receiving a confirmation number, they called me the next morning and needed $70 more dollars to confirm my flights. They said that the price had changed overnight and the confirmation number wasn’t locked in until I paid $70 more. Changing the price after they took my credit card info and gave me a confirmation number is really shady! I will never buy tickets through Cheap Flights Fares again.”

“Didn't realize there were going to be so many fees I usually use Google flights and I thought I would try something different, I think I'll stick to Google it has a lot less fees but if I decide to use something different I might choose cheap flights again.”

“Very easy to find the cheapest flights. I have two questions: why, on Business Class, $16 to reserve seats? Also there are two optioins that seem to overlap. Flight cancellation insurance as well as trip insurance ( which seems to include flight cancellation). It would be better to outline whether both are needed - or not.”
