“Worst experience I ever had. My flight got cancelled and they denied the responsibility. I called them twice to confirm whether the flight is on time or not and they said it is on time while the online site was keep showing the flight is cancelled but they said it is a systems glitch. Shame on you guys. My husband missed a business trip. They called me and they are willing to help me.”

You go to lots of hustles entering your passport number, your credit card number but in the end they will cancel it anyway due to price changes or for any other reasons.
